Can you walk me through the Monument sign-up process?

• Please go to joinmonument.com and click "Sign Up" at the top -- this will take you to a page to enter your email address and password.
  
  
• Once you enter your login details, you’ll be led through the DSM-5. Please answer the questions as accurately as you can. We plan to make this optional soon (the engineering team is working on it)!
  
  
• After completing the survey, you can select therapy or physician care. The recommendation to add therapy or medication based on your DSM-5 results is completely optional. 
  
  
• On the last page of onboarding, you'll have the option to enter your Tempest promo code.
  
  
• You will need to enter a credit card that will be charged $14.99/month at the end of the 3-month promotional period.
