What’s changing with my plan?
Monument is moving to a pay-per-appointment model—no more subscriptions or treatment plans. You’ll now pay for each session individually, giving you more flexibility and control.
What happens to my current subscription?
If you've already paid, your current plan will be honored through your next billing date. After that, you’ll move to the new per-appointment model.
How much will I pay per session?
- With insurance: $25 flat-rate per session (therapy or doctor visits). No hidden fees, no surprise bills.
- Without insurance: $100 per session (cash pay)
How is scheduling changing?
Scheduling is now simpler and more flexible than ever:
- Book, reschedule, or cancel doctor and therapy appointments directly from your profile—no need to contact support.
- Switch therapists anytime from your profile if you'd like to explore a better fit.
- With our pay-per-appointment model, you’ll never pay for a session you don’t use—just cancel at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund.
- During the transition, your therapist will help you update your schedule.
Do I need to take any action right now?
Not yet. We’ll send you a new intake form at launch to help update your care plan. Keep an eye on your inbox.

How do I update my profile or payment method?
Log in and go to Profile Settings to update your personal info, insurance, or payment details.
