What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel your Monument membership plan at any time.

To cancel your treatment plan, navigate to the "Account" section of your Monument profile by clicking on your initials located in the upper right hand corner of your screen, and select the "My Plan" tab. From there you will see your current membership plan along with your other plan options. You will want to scroll to the bottom of the page and select the ‘Cancel My Membership’ to cancel your plan.
