The Monument community is accessible wherever or whenever you’re online. Monument plans include consultations with physicians and therapists, who have to be licensed in the state where their patient is currently located to provide care. Monument plans are currently available in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, California, Pennsylvania, Washington, Washington D.C., Virginia, Georgia, Colorado, Oregon, North Carolina, South Carolina, Texas, Kentucky, Florida, Ohio, Arizona, Iowa, Michigan -- and we’re planning to expand soon!
