How do I sign up for Monument? What can I expect?

You can sign up for a  Monument membership by following this link: SIGN UP HERE. 

To create your Monument account, you can sign up by entering your email, followed by entering your state of residence, creating a password, and choosing a nickname. Your nickname makes you 100% anonymous in the community. You will then review the terms of use, privacy policy, and agreement to receive emails from Monument (which you can disable at any time).

After completing payment along with the above steps, you will verify your account via an email we will send to the email address you’ve used to sign up. After you verify your account, your Monument account will be active, and you will be able to explore all that our platform has to offer, including therapist-moderated support groups, an anonymous forum, and personalized treatment. And that’s it! We’re honored to have you in the Monument Community.
